Viola is so incredible. I’m a husband and father of 2 who never had health insurance because the high cost. I connected with Viola through a job I was previously working at and she got me a quote for $0 healthcare. Literally I’ve paid ZERO dollars. My prescriptions have gone from $40+ to $9. I am literally baffled in the best way possible. Viola is the person to go to. No doubt in my mind. Anytime I am asked about health insurance going forward, I will recommend her always

If you earn more than you estimated, you may repay some or all of the extra credit; if you earn less, you may get more back. Report income changes to HealthCare.gov during the year to keep the difference small.
Below 100% of the poverty level most people cannot get a premium tax credit. In Arizona, most adults with income up to 138% of the poverty level qualify for AHCCCS, the state Medicaid program, instead, and you can apply any time of year. For one person, 100% is $15,650 for 2026 coverage.
Extra savings that lower deductibles, copays and out-of-pocket maximums, available only on Silver plans. For 2026 coverage they apply to households up to 250% of the poverty level, with the most help at the lowest incomes. If the calculator shows you qualify, compare Silver plans before you settle on another metal level.
As of mid-October 2026, Congress had not restored the enhanced credits that expired at the end of 2025, so the 400% limit still applies. Check HealthCare.gov when Open Enrollment opens on November 1, 2026, for the final 2027 rules. We update this calculator when new figures are published.
