Are Rise Up Benefits Group Medicare workshops free?
Yes. Every workshop and webinar is free to attend, and they are educational, so nobody is asked to enroll in anything.
When are the in-person Medicare seminars in Chandler?
Every Wednesday at 11:00 AM and again at 5:30 PM, at the Rise Up Benefits Group office, 2160 North Alma School Road, Suite 102, Chandler. Each date is on the calendar above.
How long does a Medicare seminar last?
About an hour and a half. Each session covers Medicare Parts A, B, C and D in plain English, premiums and copays, Medicare Advantage versus Medicare Supplement, enrollment timing and penalties, and ends with live questions.
Do I need to register for a seminar?
Yes, please. Seats are limited, so registering saves your place. Use the Register free button next to the session you want; it only takes a minute.
Can I attend a Medicare seminar online instead of in person?
Yes. Viola runs the same workshop as a live webinar you can join from home, or in person in Chandler. Pick whichever suits you on the registration page.
Can I add a session to my phone or computer calendar?
Yes. Each session has an add to calendar button that downloads a small calendar file. Open it and the date, time and address go straight into your calendar.
When is Medicare open enrollment for 2027?
The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 to December 7, 2026, and any change you make starts January 1, 2027.
What if I cannot make any of the dates?
