FAQ

Common questions

What does it cost to work with Rise Up Benefits Group?

There is no fee to talk with Viola. Insurance companies pay agents a commission that is built into the price of a plan, so a plan costs the same whether you enroll on your own or with her help.

Which areas does Rise Up Benefits Group serve?

The office is at 2160 North Alma School Road, Suite 102 in Chandler, Arizona. Viola works with people across Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek and the rest of Maricopa and Pinal counties, in person or by phone.

Can Viola help me with more than one kind of insurance?

Yes. Many clients start with Medicare or health insurance and later add dental, vision, life, long-term care or hospital coverage. Looking at everything together helps avoid gaps and paying twice for the same protection.

Does Rise Up Benefits Group offer every Medicare plan in my area?

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 34 organizations which offer 64 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

Is Rise Up Benefits Group part of Medicare or the government?

No. Rise Up Benefits Group is an independent insurance agency in Chandler. We help you understand and compare plans from the insurance companies we represent, and we are licensed to enroll you.

Rise Up Benefits Group is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. Medicare has neither endorsed nor reviewed this information.

When is the Chandler office open?

Open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Call ahead to book a time, so Viola or a member of her team is ready for you. You can also meet by phone or video, or at your home in the East Valley, and you can reach the office at (480) 300-5776.

Can Viola help if I or my family live outside Arizona?

Often, yes. Viola is licensed in 29 states and the District of Columbia, so she can help many clients who move away, spend part of the year elsewhere, or have parents in another state. Those conversations happen by phone or video.

Call and ask about your state before you get started, and she will tell you whether she can help.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Bring your Medicare or insurance cards, any current plan documents, a list of your doctors and the pharmacy you use, and your prescriptions with their doses. For life or long-term care, a rough idea of your budget and what you want to protect helps too.

With those in hand, Viola can do a real comparison instead of a generic one.

Will Viola review my coverage every year?

Yes. Plans, networks, drug lists and prices change, so Viola reviews your coverage with you every year and checks it still fits. Medicare clients get that review each fall before Annual Enrollment ends on December 7.

Between reviews, you can call the office with questions about a bill, a claim or a pharmacy problem, and we help you sort it out.

We speak insurance, so you don't have to.

Tell Viola what you are trying to protect. She will explain your options in plain English and review them with you every year.
